Th is paper intends to propose a theoretical fram ework of enterpr ise perform ance eva luation based on the prev ious research from the perspective of sy stem theory. T he fram ewo rk includes how to eva luate the character istics of the per fo rm ance of an enterprise, the perform ance e lem ents and the re lation between the elem ents and the env ironm ent. Bas ing on th is framew ork, the autho r proposes the basic m ode of pe rfo rm ance eva luation system, and analyzes the evo lution of per- formance eva luation sy stem.
