论创业投资在我国所面临的财务问题 摘要 创业投资在我国获得快速发展的同时，正在面临资金匮乏人才稀缺，机制模式不健全等一系列问题。为了促进创业投资在我国的健康发展，对资金来源，融资渠道，经营策略等方面进行妥善运用和合理管理。文章首先提出了创业投资在我国所面临财务问题的背景和目的，并对国内外研究现况和相关领域中已有的科研成果进行了总结,继而在分析创业投资三种组织形式的基础上，提出了有限合伙制度对于创业投资的重要意义。同时指出我国在创业投资的发展中所面临的财务问题及其原因分析并针对所提出的问题做出了相关的解决办法。其中，包括对创业资金来源方面，投资策略方面，创业企业价值方面，创业投资的增殖服务方面，创业投资的财务筹资问题及处理方法等方面进行了深入的分析与研究。我国的创业投资已成为我国迈向知识经济时代急待发展的重要经济增长点,因此，我们需要对我国创业投资发展中存在的问题进行认真思索与总结。 关键词 创业投资；组织结构；筹资来源；经营方式 Abstract Venture Capital in Chinas rapid development was at the same time, is facing shortage of talent scarcity of funds, inadequate mechanisms and other issues. Venture Capital in order to promote the healthy development of our country, the sources of funds, financing channels, the areas of business strategy for the proper use and reasonable management.The article first raised venture capital in Chinas financial problems faced by the background and purpose, and the status of research and related fields of scientific research results have been summarized, followed by analysis of venture capital in the form of the three organizations on the basis of a limited partnership system for the importance of venture capital. At the same time pointed out that Chinas investment in the development of the financial problems facing the analysis of its causes and to address issues raised by the relevant solutions. Including the sources of venture capital, investment strategy, the business enterprise value of the proliferation of venture capital services, venture capital financing and financial methods to deal with an in-depth analysis and research.
