摘 要 摘 要 本文分为三个部分对张之洞的备荒赈灾思想与实践作了较为全面的考察 第 一部分论述了张之洞备荒赈灾的思想 第二部分探讨了张之洞的备荒赈灾实践情 况 第三部分对张之洞备荒赈灾的思想与实践进行了评析 文章认为 张之洞的 备荒赈灾举措涉及灾荒与政治 经济 社会 交通 通讯等各个方面 尽管许多 具体解决方案多是因灾论灾 但无不在客观上产生了深远影响 深入探讨张之洞 备荒赈灾思想与实践 不仅可以更全面的把握张之洞的一生 而且对现今防灾备 荒也有一定借鉴意义 关键词 张之洞 备荒 赈灾 I Abstract Abstract In this thesis ,there is a comprehensive research about Zhang Zhi-dong’s thoughts and practices of preparing against natural disasters and relieving the people in stricken areas .It consists of three parts. The first part discussed the thought of Zhang Zhi-dong preparing against natural disasters ; The second part inquiried into Zhang Zhi-dong prepare against natural disasters to relieve fulfillment circumstance;The third part proceeded with fulfillment the critique to the thought of Zhang Zhi-dong preparing against natural disasters relieving. In this thesis , Zhang Zhi-dong prepares against natural disasters to relieve to raise the methods involves the famine and politics, economy, society, transportation, communication and so on, though most concrete solutions talks about the disaster directly, produced the profound influence objectively. Go deep into this research, we master a whole life for Zhang Zhi-dong prepares against natural disasters to relieve thought and practicing, can not only more completely the full with confidence Zhang Zhi-dong , and also have to the present disaster prevention to draw lessons from the meaning certainly.
