我国城乡园林绿化法规分析 Analysis of the Urban and Rural Greening Laws in China 摘 要：《城市绿化条例》的立法基础亟待研究。采用文献调查与编码的研究方法，收集到现生效法规和规章223件，归纳为城乡园林绿化(综合管理)、古树名木、绿线、公园绿地广场(综合管理)、特定公园绿地广场和园林绿化专项管理6个主要类型。通过统计分析，归纳出我国当前城乡园林绿化法规的主要特征，即具有立法权的城市人民代表大会和人民政府是我国城乡园林绿化立法的主体，园林绿化行业以及公园、绿线和古树名木等综合管理是立法的主要方向。 关 键 词：风景园林；城乡绿化；法规 Abstract:The law foundation of the Urban Greenery Regulations still leaves room for improvement.
