以过程方式（Process approach）或谓过程导向从事质量管理，是ISO 9000：2000年版质量管理系统最为强调的一部份，因为制订标准的TC176技术委员会接受了各会员组织要重视过程的建议，因为既然「凡事均在过程中完成」便应在管理中予以定调，将它列为管理原则之一。　　本文仍从基本的过程定义，过程方式概念与原则予以诠释，亦列出新版ISO 9001中涉及组织对「过程」部分所提出的一般要求，并附生产订单实例，用来说明如何从ISO 9001要求事项中，逐一检讨每一生产过程所应注意事项，以确保最终产品能符合客户要求。 Abstract ?　Quality management through process approach is emphasized by The ISO 9000:2000.Quality management system.
