虚拟企业的财务问题 [摘 要]虚拟企业作为一种全新的企业组织形式，是在网络经济背景下伴随着信息技术发展和市场环境变化应运而生的，必然有与之相适应的企业管理模式。虚拟企业的管理模式完全不同于工业经济时代的传统企业管理模式。为了更好地理解虚拟企业财务框架及问题，我们通过与传统企业的比较等，从组织形式和管理策略两个大的方面展开，其中组织形态包括组织结构、运行机制和合作机制，管理策略包括领导、激励、协调、决策和文化五个方面。通过这些因素的比较，发现和总结出来一些比较新的规律，从而揭示出有关虚拟企业管理模式的相关内容。 只有更清楚的理解了虚拟企业这种新的组织形式，我们才能更好的利用它改造我们的传统企业。虚拟企业的管理模式为先进企业的经营提供了一条改革的心思路；虚拟企业一体化经营的思路。把虚拟企业的管理模式引入到整在面临改革调整任务的国防科技工业企业中，不失是一种新的改革思路，可以为正在实施的“寓军于民”发展举措提供一些新的借鉴和参考。 [关键词]：虚拟企业 管理模式 管理策略 财务问题 Financial problems of the virtual enterprise 【Summary】Virtual enterprise as a new form of business organization in the context of the Internet economy along with the development of IT and market environment changes came into being, there must be corresponding to the enterprise management mode.
