编号 毕业论文 题目： 财务风险的衡量与防范 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 二〇一二年二月 摘 要 企业财务风险是指企业财务活动中由于各种无法预料和控制的因素，使企业实现的财务收益和预期收益发生背离，从而蒙受损失的可能性。财务风险管理的目标是防止企业破产，减少风险损失，增强风险承受能力。所以必须健全市场风险机制，建立财务风险评价指标体系，并建立相配套的财务风险管理机制，为企业进行风险管理创造条件，使其能在险中取胜。 防范并化解财务风险，以实现财务管理目标，是企业财务管理工作重点。尽管财务风险的成因较多而且复杂，并无法预测，但可以通过特定的指标和方法来测定，以便企业分析评估，有效防范。本文从综合的角度出发，在设定了财务风险评价原则和目标的基础上，提出了同时考虑财务与非财务因素的企业财务风险评价体系，利用我国现行的财务指标体系，对建立财务风险评价指标体系加以探讨，并分别针对企业内外部因素，讨论防范与控制财务风险的措施。 关键词：财务风险；财务风险管理对策；指标体系ABSTRACT Corporate financial risk is the corporate finance activities and controls a variety of unpredictable factors, to enable enterprises to realize the expected return of financial gains and the occurrence of divergence, and thus the possibility of loss. Financial risk management objectives are to prevent bankruptcy, reduce the risk of loss, and enhance risk appetite. Therefore, we must improve the mechanism of market risk, a financial risk assessment system and the establishment of supporting the financial risk management, risk management for the enterprise to create conditions to enable them to win at Risk. Prevent and defuse financial risks, to achieve the goal of financial management, enterprise financial management focus. Although the causes of the financial risk and more complex and unpredictable, but through specific indicators and methods to determine for business analysis and evaluation, and effective prevention.
