某路政大队办公综合楼设计（十七） 摘要 本次毕业设计题目为某路政大队办公综合楼设计，主要分为结构设计与施工组织设计两大部分。 结构设计部分：首先进行结构选型，包括选择合理的结构类型和结构体系，结构方案应满足建筑上的使用要求和结构要求，并且应综合考虑其安全可靠、经济合理、施工方便、以及工程所在地的可能条件等因素，结合本工程实际选用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。其次进行结构竖向布置与平面布置，初步估算各构件的截面尺寸时，应遵循安全、经济实用的原则。选择一榀进行荷载计算，采用叠代法计算框架在竖向荷载作用下的内力，采用D值法计算框架在风荷载作用下的内力。对各种内力进行组合，进行框架的配筋计算。整个设计过程，需要计算机进行辅助设计，熟悉结构力学求解器、PKPM、AUTOCAD等设计软件的使用，并把手算与机算的结果进行对比，比较分析两者的不同之处。 施工组织设计部分：根据施工图列出各分部分项工程名称，编制工程量清单，应用广龙计价软件完成工程量清单计价。依据所得成果使用相关专业软件绘制施工时间坐标网络图和施工总平面布置图，编写施工组织设计说明书。 关键词：混凝土结构 框架计算 工程量清单 施工组织 An office building highways brigade design (17) Abstract The graduation design topic for an office building design, highways brigade mainly divided into structural design and the construction organization design.
