摘 要 汽车工业是我国的支柱产业之一，也是我国模具企业的最大客户，车身和各种零部件都离不开模具成形。目前，我国每年的汽车产销量都以极快的速度增长，我国汽车工业的发展，极大地推动了我国汽车模具行业的发展。近年来，民族汽车工业原来以手工件为主的汽车零部件生产改为用模具冲制、增加了对汽车的覆盖件模具的需求，同时，民族品牌汽车制造商开始发展中高档汽车，提高了对汽车模具质量和加工工艺的要求。 在行业产能过剩、新的进入者不断增加，以及原有企业不断提升产能的情况下，汽车模具行业需要进一步理清企业发展的内、外部环境，进行细致的企业优劣势分析和目标分析。目前，行业内普遍有很清晰的外板、内板模具的大致分类和定位，但经过十五年来的长足发展，行业内普遍是规模偏大，这一方面是因为汽车主机厂希望汽车模具制造厂能够有更大的产能以满足其不断缩短的交货期要求，二是源自汽车模具厂自身不断希望先期做大再后期做强，三是行业内一直以来没有形成较好的行业协作共赢的发展模式，缺乏清晰稳定共赢的协作企业联盟。Abstract The car industry is one of the pillar industry in China, China is the biggest customers mold enterprise, body and various parts are inseparable from that of die forming.
