摘 要第三代移动通信技术是2000年由国际电信联盟(ITU)正式确定的，WCDMA?技术标准是通过的第三代移动通信技术主流标准之一。截止到2006年3月，在欧洲和亚洲的82个国家和地区建设了191个WCDMA的商用网络，流媒体、视频电话等新业务，正在为广大消费者接受。3G的魅力正在于高速数据与多媒体业务，而视频电话、视频流、游戏等高速数据业务都需要一个良环境，HSDPA的部署，WCDMAWCDMA的发展历程中，网络的规划和优化一直是运营商面临的一个巨大的挑战，特别是移动数据业务的不断发展，网络的规划和优化更加复杂。网络的优化的效果直接影响到运营商的网络投资效益，同时也影响到所提供业务的质量和业务的发展。 本论文主要研究网络优化相关理论，通过对国内外关于WCDMA无线网络资料研究，在对GSM无线网络优化相对成熟的理论和技术总结的基础上，对WCDMA无线网络优化做初步的探讨，并力图提出一些有预见性的观点，进而对即将在我国建设的WCDMA网络的建设和优化工作有所帮助。 关键词: 3G,WCDMA,GSM,网络优化 ABSTRACT The third generation mobile communication technology is one of 2000 officially established by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), WCDMA technology standard adopted by the third generation mobile communication technology mainstream standard.
