南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  不完全信息下的群决策理论研究具有重要的理论价值和实际应用价值，将灵敏度分析、一 致性检验和证据理论中的一些方法引入不完全信息下的群决策问题中具有重要的理论意义。首 先，本章对不完全互补判断矩阵的导出权重进行了灵敏度和一致性综合分析，可用于不完全信 息决策问题中决策信息系统指标权重的确定；其次，对基于决策矩阵的不完全信息决策问题和 理想点动态变化的多阶段决策问题进行了研究，构建出基于证据理论的不完全信息下的决策模 型；最后通过一个实例分析，说明了模型方法的可行性和有效性。本文研究内容的主要研究以 下 3 个方面： （1）研究了不完全互补判断矩阵的决策方法，侧重于基于不完全互补判断矩阵的导出权重 灵敏度和一致性的综合分析，得出不完全互补判断矩阵中具有满意一致性决策区域的确定条件， 结合灵敏度分析方法，给出了一个既能使原始矩阵决策方案保持排序不变或者最优方案不变， 又能使矩阵元素发生变化后仍具有满意一致性的决策区域确定方法。 （2）研究了基于证据理论的不完全信息估测和决策问题。根据不完全信息的分布特征，给 出残缺值的可能分布范围；根据证据间的距离公式，在决策信息越相似，其群体决策结果越一 致的前提下，建立了残缺值估计的修正模型；提出根据证据向量间夹角大小定义专家之间的相 似程度的方法，由此提出基于不完全信息下的群体决策方法。　 （3）研究了不完全信息中理想点变化的动态决策问题。在理想点发生起伏变化情况下，运 用证据间的距离公式度量各个决策方案评价值与理想点值之间的距离，依此判断某一阶段中方 案的优劣；定义了时间影响因子，建立了确定某一时间阶段整体方案优劣的排序方法。 关键词：群决策；不完全信息；灵敏度分析；证据理论 I 不完全信息下的群决策方法及应用 Abstract Incomplete information group decision-making problem, which to be solved, is important issue in decision-making theory; it will have important theoretical significance for introducing sensitivity analysis, consistency analysis, method and theory of D-S theory. First, the paper makes the comprehensive analysis for sensitivity and consistency of export weight in incomplete complementary judgement matrix, it will help to establish a theoretical basis for determining the weight of decision-making information system for incomplete information group decision-making problem in after chapter;secondly, it studies the incomplete information estimates problem based on evidence theory and ideal point the dynamic changes of multi-stage decision problem, and construct a few of decision model based on evidence theory. Finally, it studies a case to illustrate feasibility and availability of the model and theoretical.
