雄性动物的繁殖行为与雄激素关系研究 李玉欢 周津津 王思睿 张端阳 徐美瑶 郝鹏飞 马文杰 （东北林业大学野生动物资源学院 哈尔滨 150040） 摘要：本文综述了近年来雄性动物的繁殖行为与雄激素（主要是睾酮）的关系研究，主要包括季节性繁殖动物和非人灵长类，并比较了雄性激素对其繁殖行为的影响异同，本文还综述了主要研究方法的进展，即粪便取样法、从粪样中提取激素的方法改进，以及激素含量分析的放射免疫分析法和最新应用的高效液相色谱，评价了其优缺点并提出了改进的方向。研究表明：雄性激素的变化与雄性繁殖行为在不同物种呈现不同程度的相关性，是其繁殖行为发生季节性变化的生理基础，但在较高等的灵长类动物中, 性激素对其性行为的这种控制作用已大大削弱乃至消除。在这些灵长类动物中, 性激素主要影响它们的交配动机, 这种交配能力与性行为动机的分离, 使动物性行为的表达受其社会经历和社群环境等社会因子的影响成为可能。现在研究技术方法已经基本成熟，有利于我们为经济动物养殖以及野生濒危物种保护打下良好基础。 关键词：繁殖行为；睾酮；粪便取样法；放射免疫分析法 Study on the relationship between male animal reproductive behavior and androgen Li Yuhuan Zhou Jinjin Wang Sirui Zhang Duanyang Xu Meiyao Hao Pengfei Ma Wenjie (College of Wildlife Resources; Northeast Forestry University, 150040, China) Abstract:This paper reviewed recent male reproductive behavior of animals with androgen (mainly testosterone) the relation, mainly including seasonal breeding animals and nonhuman primates, and compared the male hormone the similarities and differences between the influence of reproductive behavior, this paper has summarized the main research progress of methods, namely waste sampling method, from the dung samples of the method of extract hormone improvements, and the analysis of the hormone levels ria analysis and new application of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and evaluated its advantages and disadvantages and puts forward the direction of the improvement. Research shows that: the male hormone changes with male reproductive behavior in different species present different degree of correlation, is its reproductive behavior occurrence seasonal changes of physiological basis, but in higher primates, sex hormones to its sex role has been greatly weakened the control and eliminate. In these primates, sex hormones main influence their mating motivation, and the ability of the mating sexual behavior motivation of separation, make animal behavior by the expression by society.
