Economics The Study on Dynamic Mechanism of the new energy industry development in Hebei Province  Candidate: Supervisor: Academic Degree Applied for: Specialty: University: Date of Oral Examination:  Liu Yanqiang Vice Prof. Sun Lei Master of Economics Regional Economic HeBei University June, 2012 摘 摘  要 要  近年来，随着来自对化石能源大量的消耗，产生了大量的二氧化碳排放气体，由此 造成的全球气候变暖以及其它的环境问题，引起了世界各国的广泛关注。全球各地区都 纷纷致力于寻找发展低碳经济的发展道路，来实现当地经济和环境协调发展。发展新能 源产业，不仅可以减少对化石能源的消耗，而且不会造成环境污染，在低碳经济发展中 扮演着日益重要的角色，成为推动经济发展的新动力。因此，对于新能源产业的发展， 值得我们进行具体而深入的研究与探索。 本文首先针对新能源产业相关内容研究，发现国内学者以发展的眼光对河北省新能 源产业的发展进行系统、深层地研究很少，尤其是从动力机制为切入点来研究新能源产 业发展，在省内目前研究领域比较有限，所以该课题有很大的理论研究价值。为此，本 文本着理论与实际相结合的原则，在全球大力发展低碳经济这个背景下，在参照国内外 相关政策理论和技术水平的基础上，以新能源产业为主要研究对象，对新能源产业发展 的动力机制作了定量和定性的研究。  关键词  低碳经济  新能源产业  动力机制  I Abstract Abstract In recent years, as from a large number of fossil energy consumption, resulting in emissions of carbon dioxide gas, the resulting global warming and other environmental problems caused by the widespread concern of the countries in the world. The various regions of the world have committed to finding the path of development for a low carbon economy, to achieve local economic and environmental development. Development of new energy industries, not only can reduce the consumption of fossil fuels, and will not cause environmental pollution, and plays an increasingly important role in the development of low-carbon economy, to become a new driving force in promoting economic development. Therefore, for the development of new energy industries, it is specific and in-depth research and exploration.
