农村中小学女教师工作与生活满意度关系探讨 张路星 王明辉 赵鹏娟 摘要：通过对农村中小学女教师工作满意度与生活满意度的问卷调查，结果显示110位农村中小学女教师目前的工作满意度偏低，工作满意度与生活满意度呈显著负相关。因此，教育管理机构保证农村中小学女教师工作与生活的和谐，不仅利于中小学绩效改革的实施，而且有助于稳定中小学师资队伍建设，促进义务教育的健康发展。 关键词：农村中小学女教师；工作满意度；生活满意度 Abstract: Investigate job satisfaction and overall life satisfaction of primary and secondary female teachers, and explore the correlation between the two factors.
