(1)What is classroom management? ????Classroom management is one of the important factors that contribute to the efficiency of the teaching and learning activities. ????Classroom management is the way teachers organize what goes on in the classroom. That is the things that a teacher does before, during and after the class. (2)What is the goal of classroom management? The goal of classroom management is to create an atmosphere conductive to interacting in English in meaningful ways. (3)What involved in an efficient classroom management? Efficient classroom management can be achieved when the following three conditions are met: (a) The teacher plays appropriate roles (b) The Ss are grouped in a way suitable for the learning activities. (c) There is discipline and harmony in the class.
