Again many thanks. 3 Abstract: The creative treason of translation is a sort of coverage of the research field of Comparative Literature. It is a kind of behavior of the translators who have the definite intention to reconstruct the source text with great creativity of their own. It is the discrepancy between different societies and cultures that makes translation more difficult and translation products, to a certain extent, inconsistent with the source text. The action of translating must be largely restricted by source text and at the same time translators should make considerations on different cultures and environments. However, a successful treason is a kind of value-added translation because it can make cross-culture translation easier and flexible and can solve many dilemmas that other translation methods can never succeed in.
