In this paper, from three parts to analyze, the status of the relief system in our country, manifestations of the damage the rights of divorced women, and to make recommen -ations to the author plain about how to improve the existing system, in order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of divorced women. The first part of this paper is to define the divorce relief system, including the concept of the divorce relief system , background, and the process of improvement. The second part of this paper is to article by article analyze the inadequacies of relevant legislation on housework compensation system, the financial assistance system, the divorce damages system in the domestic. The third part is to contrast at home and abroad through the presentation of foreign divorce relief system legislation and the good part we can learn from foreign legislation, then to seek to improve the relevant legislation.
