海口市美沙酮社区药物维持治疗的效果调查_药学论文 海口市美沙酮社区药物维持治疗的效果调查_药学论文 作者：陆秋娟 孙文会 李成功 赖芳芳 【摘要】目的：了解325例海洛因成瘾者参加药物维持治疗的维持情况以及治疗一年后的个人、家庭、社会功能的改变情况。方法： 对2008年全年申请加入海口市CDC和海口市皮肤性病防治所2个美沙酮维持治疗门诊治疗的325名海洛因成瘾者和坚持美沙酮维持治疗一年后的128名受治者进行的调查，比较治疗前后的高危行为、家庭、社会功能的改善情况。结果：经过一年的维持治疗，患者以静脉注射的吸毒方式由治疗前的66.8%下降为23.4%;发生性行为时安全套的使用率由19.7%上升到41.4%;违法行为由76.0%下降为19.5%;个人、家庭、社会功能均得到明显改善;89.8%的患者对美沙酮维持治疗表示认可和满意。 结论：美沙酮维持治疗，患者和其家属均表示认可和接受，认为是有效，治疗方法是可行的，但同时，如何提高患者维持治疗时间，需要家庭、社会多方面的支持等因素有待探讨。  【关键词】海洛因成瘾者;美沙酮维持治疗;功能改变 【Abstract】Objective: To understand and analyse the treatment of 325 heroine addiction outpatient with methadone and changes of the individual, family, social function after one year .Methods: The objects of the research is 325 heroin addicts who apply for two clinics of methadone maintenance treatment in clinics of CDC and Skin diseases and venereal diseases dispensary of in Haikou in 2008 . Comparison on improvement of behavior,family,social fuction between 325 before treatment and 128 after one year onmethadone maintenance treatment. Results: After a year of maintenance therapy，the number of patients with intravenous injection of drugs declined from 66.8% to 23.4 percent; the number of condoms used when Sexual behavior happening rised from 19.7 percent to 41.4 percent; illegal dropped to19.5% by 76.0 percent; Personal, family and social functions are improving remarkably; 89.8 percent of patients express approval and satisfaction.to methadone maintenance treatmen.
