With Chinas political and economic system reform, rural reform is constantly advancing. Especially with the city, the suburbs of big cities located in the urban-rural development of rural communities become the focus of attention. Therefore, the paper selects rural communities of the suburbs of big cities as the research object, selects management of rural communities in the suburbs of big cities as the core, selects harmonious socialist countryside and harmonious society as the goal for applied and empirical research.
