档案信息服务及产业化经济学分析毕业论文.doc

摘  要  时至今日，档案资源终于以其独具的与人类社会各种活动的伴生 关系及所载内容的原始性、真实性等特殊性质，而日益受到社会的关 注与重视，档案信息服务状况也大为改观，逐渐成为社会信息服务系 统中重要的一员。产业型档案信息服务是我国经济体制改革与转型过 程中产生和发展起来的一种完全不同于公益型档案信息服务的模式， 虽然已经问世多年，但就其在实践上仍然存在着诸多困惑与障碍，在 理论上也还有待进一步探讨。对于产业型档案信息服务，虽然国内外 理论界已有人对其进行了有益的探索，对档案信息商品属性分析的论 著也有很多，但全方位的从经济学的视角对档案信息进行分析还不多， 因此，产业型档案信息服务的经济学研究是一个比较有创新意义的研 究课题。在理论上，本文从档案信息服务与产业型档案信息服务入手， 到档案信息商品属性的分析，最后解决档案信息产业的构建问题，旨 在解决档案信息的经济属性尤其是其商品属性问题，力图使理论界一 直争论不休的档案和档案信息是否是商品问题有一个比较明确的回 答，从而为档案信息服务的产业化提供理论依据；就实践层面而言， 本文在对档案信息商品、档案信息服务、档案信息资源、档案信息产 业等基本概念进行剖析的基础上，就产业型档案信息服务与公益型档 案信息服务的关系、我国档案信息服务市场的运作模式及存在的问题、 档案信息商品价值与价格、我国档案信息服务产业发展的障碍与对策 等问题进行深入思考，力图适应我国市场经济的要求，提出针对性的 建议，对档案信息服务提供技术层面的指导。 关键词：档案信息 信息市场 档案信息服务产业 2 Abstract Up to now, the society has paid more and more attention to archives information, because of its sole companion relation with mankind various social activities and its special character of originality and reliability in contents. The archives information service condition is also to present new look，and becomes an important member in the social information service system. Industrial-type archives information service，which produces and grows from the economic system reform and the transformation process, is a model essentially different from the public beneficial archives information service. Although it has already published for many years, yet speaking of current development circumstance, it still save many perplexities and obstacles in practice and theoretically calls for further exploit.
