研究生毕业论文 初中生物“精彩主持”自主学习模式研究  学生姓名：  李静  学 专  号： 业：  2008030174 教育硕士  指导教师：  陈继贞  学  院： 1  生命科学学院 2011 年 10 月 10 日 初中生物“精彩主持”自主学习模式研究 The research of wonderful host self-learning mode in junior middle school 李静 山东师范大学生命科学学院 济南市 251000 省庄一中 泰安市泰山区 271000 摘要 学生具备较强的自主学习能力，能够自我发现问题、分析问题并最终解决问 题，这是学校教育与教师教学的主要方向和目的。教师在教学过程中不断培养学 生的主动动手、动脑和创新能力，是目前新课程改革的强烈导向需求。 “精彩主持”自主学习模式的提出和成型，是以作者为主体的一线教学工作 者针对目前初中教学进行了两年的流程设计和实践检验的基础上形成的。“精彩 主持”的主旨在于转变教师与学生在课堂教学中的主客体地位，全体学生作为课 堂的主动操控者，在轮流担任的学生主持人的推动下，实现教与学环节的高度融 合与衔接，最终形成学生能够自主学习，自主解决问题的氛围和效果。在这个过 程中，教师和学生的角色发生了变化。学生以教者的姿态组织并参与教学。教师 则以初学者的姿态与学生交流成功的学习经验、方法和智慧，发挥“引导、点拨、 纠偏、补漏和评价”的作用。 通过对近两年一线教学模式改革的不断实践和总结，本文尝试从“精彩主持” 自主学习模式的完整实现过程来分析和研究它的教学实践可行性和相对于其他 传统教学模式的优势。 在“精彩主持”自主学习模式的实践过程中，作者以研究者的眼光审视和分 析教学理论与教学实践中的各种问题，对自身的行为进行反思，对出现的问题进 行探究，并对积累的经验进行总结，使其形成规律性的认识，以供一线教师借鉴。 关键词：精彩主持 自主学习 教学改革 2 Abstract Students with strong autonomous learning ability, ability to problem identification, analysis and, ultimately, solve problems, this is the main direction and purpose of school education and teacher education.
