摘  要  战略管理是现代企业发展的首选管理理论方法，尤其是对大型企业的发展至关 重要 湖北省电力投资集团公司是省政府指定的全省电力建设基金的使用和经营单 位 作为一家地方电力投资公司 在打破垄断 引入竞争的电力体制改革的过程中  公司在新世纪的发展过程中面临着一系列的新问题  需要积极调整发展战略  提高  管理水平  从一个简单的投资型公司转型为投资经营型公司  因此如何运用战略管  理实现持续的  快速的发展是当前最紧迫的课题  　  本论文是以湖北省电力投资集团公司的重大历史沿革以及当前国内电力体制改 革的外部环境为依据 以现代企业战略管理理论为指导 剖析公司的内部竞争力量  参照专业研究机构对宏观经济形势的预测  相关行业的前景分析和湖北省未来能源  规划 以理论与实践相结合 运用系统研究方法以及 ＳＷＯＴ 分析技术对公司的新时期  战略进行研究 提出了公司面临的问题 结合问题 提炼出公司新时期的战略使命及目标 　  机遇  条件  竞争对手的状况  本论文对公司发展战略的研究在具有充足资料的基础上完成的  对公司未来的  发展目标作出探索性的研究  其论述真实  系统  研究结论具有很强的可操作性  与我国的五大发电集团发展战略相比  又具有一定的地方特色 对湖北省电力投资  集团公司的长期发展和短期发展都具有实践上的指导意义  同时对我国其他大型企  业的战略管理也具有一定的参考价值 　  　  关键词  湖北省电力投资集团公司　　　电力体制改革　　　竞争　　　战略管理　　　ＳＷＯＴ　　　  　 IV Abstract Strategic management is the first and foremost theory approach to the modern enterprise, especially to the development of the big enterprise. Hubei Electric Investment Group is a company which is responsible for the use and operation of construction fund in the whole province. Now it has taken a great change by competing more severely. Faced  to a series of new problem, the company is badly in need of  adjusting strategy, improving the management , it have converted from a simple investment firm to a comprehensive firm including investment and operation . In the face of the great hardship, it should concentrate on how to make itself a going concern and how to develop swiftly. The paper is based on the great history transformation and exterior surrounding of the company .The paper is under the guide of the modern enterprise strategic theory and the analysis of the interior competition ability.
