旅游管理专业伦理教育模式研究 中文摘要 随着国内学者对旅游伦理理论的研究不断深入，旅游伦理教育研究也进入学者的研究 范围内。旅游伦理教育是以经济伦理、文化伦理、社会伦理为教育内容，旅游伦理教育是 指旅游行业或旅游组织为人们接受和遵守其合乎自己需要的道德规范的要求，自觉履行相 应的道德义务，有目的、有计划、有组织地对人们施加系统的道德影响的活动。旅游伦理 学是以伦理学为基础，通过实践运用到旅游管理专业的一门新兴学科 [1] 在学校教育缺失、实践教育不足，企业无伦理意识等问题。 到目前为止，学者的研究主 要有三个方面：对象、教育内容、教育途径。而对于教育体系研究现在还没有完整理论。 本文就旅游伦理教育这一缺失对旅游伦理教育体系以学校教育为主研究旅游伦理教育，建 立有效的伦理教育教学方式。通过调查问卷走访 7 所高校、20 家旅游企业，运用 spss 软 件对数据进行系统分析，找到旅游伦理教育存在问题和原因，并通过理论分析打破传统教 学方式建立“三位三联一体”整合模式。同时根据旅游管理专业伦理教育特点建立五步走 模式实施途径，形成“政府+高校+企业+社会+学生”教育模式，以推动旅游伦理教育发展， 带动旅游业行业道德建设，提供有力理论支持和实现途径。 关键词：旅游伦理教育，模式，体系  [1]  滕佳、王伟伟.旅游伦理教育研究.黑龙江教育学院学报，2011(12)：39-41 I A New Study on Ethics Education in the Field of Tourism Management Abstract With the deepening research on tourism ethics theories among domestic scholars, tourism ethics education has come into the range of study. Tourism ethics education refers to the well-planned and organized activities that carried out by tourism industry or organizations to make people accept and comply with the needs of their own moral standards, and consciously fulfill the corresponding moral obligations. It includes economic ethics education, culture ethics education, and social ethics education. Tourism ethics is a new subject that based on ethics and is applied to the field of tourism management by practice. The problems exist in tourism ethics education are the loss of school education, insufficient practice, and the unawareness of ethics in enterprises. So far, there are three main study areas: object, content, and the way of education. However, there is no complete theory for the study of education system. Because of the loss of such education at school, this thesis mainly focuses on school education and wants to carry out a study on the education system of tourism ethics, then aims to set up an effective teaching mode of tourism ethics.
