国际化市场化背景下对我国体育中介问题的研究 国际化市场化背景下对我国体育中介问题的研究 摘 要 体育中介市场和体育经纪活动是市场经济条件下运作体育的必 然产物。体育经纪人作为体育市场的行为主体之一,对活跃体育市 场,推动体育产业发展,开发体育商业价值起着重要作用。建立和 完善体育中介市场和体育经纪人的管理体制对我国体育事业的发展 有着积极的现实意义。本文通过文献研究和社会调查,对体育产业 和体育市场的定义和作用作了理论上的探讨,在此基础上就体育中 介的基本理论,国外体育经纪人的运行机制和管理体制,体育中介 市场国际化的成因及市场特征,我国体育经纪人目前的发展状况和 前景等开展研究。文章中分析了体育中介机构和体育经纪人的定 义、分类和主要经纪活动。通过研究国外著名体育经纪公司的业务 和国际体育组织对体育中介和体育经纪人的管理方法,结合我国体 育经纪人和体育中介市场发展现状,针对体育中介机构经营中存在 的问题,对我国体育中介市场发展提出若干对策,并对建立我国体 育经纪人的管理体系、法规体系、培训体系等提出了可行性建议。 关键字: 体育产业、中介、体育中介、体育经纪人 A RESEARCH ON CHINESE SPORTS INTERMEDIARY PROBLEM IN A SITUATION OF GLOBALIZATION AND MARKETIZATION ABSTRACT Sports intermediary market and sports agents are necessary products in market economy. Sports agents as mediators in sports business and markets have played important roles for the promotion of sports competitions and players’ conversion. It is of great importance to establish the sports agents system. Based on documents research, the definition and function of sports industry and sports market were discussed in this article. The theory of sports intermediary, the management systems and operation systems of sports agents out of China, the reasons of sports agents’ internationalization, the present situation and problem of Chinese sports agents are the focus of this article. In this article the definition, types and activities of sports agents and sports broker were analyzed. The author reveals the main problems in front of the sports intermediary organs in china and put forward to key problem watchful of sports agents organs replying to internationalize competition and challenge of management development. Trough analyzing the business of famous sports agent and management way of international sports associations, the disadvantage of Chinese sports agents and sports management system were found out. Aiming at those disadvantage, strategies and measures for future development of Chinese sports market and sports agents were also discussed. KEY WORDS: sports industry; intermediar
