Institute of Environment and Engineering,Chang’an University, Xi’an 710054,China) Abstract ：In order to study the law of groundwater flow and nuclide migration in certain saturated / unsaturated zone, the method of GMS software numerical simulation is adopted and the exact steps of using GMS to solve the problem are introduced ,and the skills of setting the initial condition, boundary condition are discussed. Finally we get the resonable results of the groudwater flow field and the radionuclide concentration distribution along with time,which accords with the computational solution of correlation program.The results demonstrate it has high application value of GMS in the simulation of groundwater flow and nuclide migration in saturated / unsaturated zone.
