Tongfang Environmental Co., Ltd., Beijing 100083, China ） Abstract ：According to the situation of groundwater sources in Changping District, Beijing, the importance of protection of groundwater sources was discussed. The main environmental problems of groundwater development and utilization were analyzed, and the solutions of environmental problems were proposed. It was discussed of groundwater sources protection plans in the aspects of policy, planning and monitoring and management. In the process of development and utilization of groundwater sources, prevention was the most important, and the groundwater sources protection planning was depth implemented and the pollution control strategy was taken. The pollution control pointed clearly, and it would implement the groundwater sources protection effectively and efficiently.
