用 PLC控制变频调速供暖系统的研究 段平平 (新乡市高级技工学校 ,河南 新乡 453002) 摘要 : 目前 ,随着电力电子技术 、微电子技术及现代控制理论的发展 ,交流调速已占据电气调速系统的主流 , 同时 PLC在工业控制技术中应用愈加广泛 ,成为现代工业控制的重要组成部分 。本文介绍了一种用 PLC和变频器联合 控制 ,实现变频调速供暖过程的控制方案 。文中较详细地介绍了系统的控制过程 、控制要求 、PLC应用和 PLC接线 图的具体内容 ,并且给出了完整的硬件电路图、软件流程图、梯形图程序和指令表程序 ,在实际应用中有着一定的 指导作用 。 关键词 :可编程控制器 ;变频调速 ;供暖系统 中图分类号 : TN 6　　　文献标识码 : A 　　　文章编号 : (2008) 030 10504 The Research A bout Hea ting - prov ided Sy stem of Frequency - var ied T im in g Con trolled by PL C Duan P ingp ing ( Sen ior Techn ical Schoo l of X inxiang C ity, X inxiang 453002 , Ch ina) A b stract:A t p re sen t, w ith the developm en t of electrical and electron ic techno logy, a s well a s m icroelectron ic techno logy and modern contro l theory, the AC (A lternating Current) tim ing has been the m ain flow of electrical sp eed - adju stm ent and the m ain p art of modern indu strial con tro l . A t the sam e tim e, PLC ha s been u sed w idely in indu strial con trol techno logy and been the important p art of modern indu strial control. Th is article in troduce s a k ind of frequency - varied sp eed - adju s ted heat - p rovided contro l p roce ss app roach. Th is p ap er p resen ted the contro l p rocess of the system , con trol requ irem ents, choice of PLC typ e, allocation s of inpu t and outpu t junction s, detailed conten t of PLC link ing diagram , and gave the whole hardware circu it diagram , flow sheet of software, p rogram of ladder diagram and in struction form.
