中文摘要:
机器人最早应用于机床的上下件,目前已逐渐推广到电阻点焊、喷漆、气体保护焊等操作。在一汽——大众刚刚起步的新宝来车型焊接自动生产线中,应用了许多先进的生产技术和设备。其中在下部二工段的补焊线2020工位中应用了六个先进的六轴KUKA机器人。在生产车间采用一个往复传动系统把汽车车身移出主装配线进行点焊操作。传送线步进式可对固定的工件进行焊接。整个焊接的作业完成之后,工件被送回主装配线。在这个应用中,机器人焊接的主要优点是焊接的持续稳定性,。和人工焊接相比,由于焊接稳定,可以减少焊点的数量,保证高质量焊接。每个焊接机器人带有两套工具,分别是抓手和焊钳,利用抓手把分总成件组合到夹具上,然后再用焊钳进行焊接。机器人通过现场的传感器采集的信号送入现场I/O模块与PLC之间相互通信。再根据FASE控制器里的焊接参数通过总线通信方式传送到机器人控制器中,从而控制机器人的运行轨迹和焊点的焊接参数及焊接故障。
