第 2 部分 轨道交通 动车组检修物流管理信息系统的开发与研究 麻 磊 史天运 张惟皎 张绍哲 （中国铁道科学研究院电子计算技术研究所，北京，100081） 摘 要：本文针对动车组这一高新技术集成体，充分考虑其配件种类多、规格复杂、技术含 量高且具有严格的质量可靠性和存储时效性的要求，引进现代物流管理理念，依托信息系统 建立经济、实用、可靠的统一配件管理平台，解决目前对配件的分级采购、使用质量、主机 厂存货供应情况等不能从一个统一的信息平台获取，无法对供应商的供货及服务质量进行整 体评估和管理的难题。通过对动车检修单位、委托修单位、配件供应商的计划、采购、存储、 配送、消耗、回收等相关物流、信息流的信息共享和过程监控，保证动车组安全、高质量的 检修。 关键词：动车组，物流，检修配件，管理信息系统 Development and Research on the Maintenance Logistics Management Information System of Electric Multiple Units (EMUs) Ma Lei Shi Tianyun Zhang Weijiao Zhang Shaozhe (China Academy of Railway Sciences，Beijing, 100081) Abstract ：In this paper, the EMUs as a high-tech integrate with variety of mountings and complexity of specifications is fully considered. For the mountings have strict requirements of quality reliability and storage timeliness, the modern logistics management concept is needed to establish an economic, practical and reliable unified management platform based on information system, solving the problem which the classification purchase, using quality and main stock supply situation of parts cannot be got from a unified information platform, the delivery and service quality of the suppliers cannot be estimated and managed. Through the information sharing and process monitoring of logistics, information flow, financial flow which contain maintenance unit, entrust repair units and accessories suppliers’ plan, purchase, storage, distribution, consumption and recycle, ensuring the safety and high-quality maintenance of the EMUs.
