新业公司生产物流优化研究
摘 要
在对新业芯片公司芯片制造生产车间的生产物流的分析与优化过程中,综合运用了流程分析通过排除、变更搭配、分离与结合,5W1H提问法等方法,以消除浪费、高效、低耗、低成本等为目标对企业的生产过程进行了优化设计。其中以流程动态分析和工艺流程标准化为主,结合现场记录的有效参数,根据芯片的生产工艺流程,对其生产布局进行了改善,改善后的方案,使生产线更加明晰,使生产物流过程更为顺畅,使得工艺流程从原来的15个步骤减少到了11个步骤,标准生产周期也从原来的320分钟减少到现在的275分钟。依据改善后的生产布局方式,实行标准人--机比例可以使CTQ生产线上的工序操作人员可以从原来的3个人减少到2个人,相当于提高生产力33%。最后,根据生产线作业的特点和仿真目标,在对整个生产物流系统,采用Witness对其进行建模仿真,为解决工序中的大量临时库存问题进行了研究分析。通过对产品投产间隔和产品投产批量研究,提出了不同的方案,并对各种方案进行对比,找出了最优方案。

Abstract

By the flow dynamic analysis and the technical process standardization primarily, unifies the on-the-spotre cord the effective parameter, according to the chip production technical process, has carried on the improvement to its production layout, after the improvement plan, causes the production line defined, causes the product to flow the process to be smoother, causes the technical process to reduce from the original 15 steps to11 steps, the standard production cycle also reduced from the original320 minutes to the present 275 minutes.
