· 护理研究 · 2013年 2月第 2O卷第 6期 中药 结合艾灸治疗肩周炎的护理体会 宋秋 云 南京市六合区中医院针灸科 ，江苏南京 211500 摘【要】目的探讨中药熏蒸结合艾灸治疗肩周炎的护理效果。方法 回顾性分析本院2010年 8月～2012年 8月 收熏治的38例肩周炎患者 ，所有患者均给予 中药熏蒸结合艾灸护理 ，观察其临床疗效和关节活动范围改善情况。 结果 38例患者 中，痊愈 18例 (47．4％)，显效 11例 (28．9％)，好转 7例 (18．4％)，无效 2例 (5．3％)。总有效率为 苤一 94．7％(36／38)。结论 护理中运用中药熏蒸结合艾灸能有效促进肩周炎患者的康复。 关【键词】肩周炎；中药熏蒸；艾灸；护理 中【图分类号】R473 文【献标识码】A 文【章编号】1674—4721(2013)02IC)一O156—02 Thenursingexperienceoftreatingscapulohumeralperiarthritisapplying traditionalChinesemedicinefumigationcombinedwithmoxibustion SONGQiuyun DepartmentofAcupunctureandMoxibustion，LiuheDistrictHospitalofChineseMedicineofNanjingCityinJiangsu Province，Nanjing 211500，China [Abstract]ObjectiveTodiscussthenursingeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationcombinedwithmoxi— bustionforthetreatmentofscapulohumeralperiarthritis．M ethodsThirty-eightcasesofpatientswithscapulohumeral periartbritisreviewedbyourhospitalfrom August2010toAugust2012wereanalyzedretrospectively．Allthepatients weregivennursingoftraditionalchinesemedicinefumigationcombinedwithmoxihustion，theclinicalefficacyandthe mendmattersofrangeofmotionwereobserved．ResultsAmongthe38patients，18easeswerecuredf47．4％)，11eases significantlyeffective(28．9％)，7casesimproved(18．4％)，2casesineffective(5．3％)．Thetotaleffectiveratewas94．7％ (36／38)．ConclusionNursingcareofapplyingtraditionalChinesemedicinefumigationcombinedwithmoxibustioncan effectivelypromoterehabilitationofrthepatientswithscapulohumeralperiarthritis． [KeywordslScapulohumeralperiarthritis；Herbalfumigation；Moxibustion；Nursing 肩周炎即肩关节周围炎 ，多发生于中老年人 ，以肩部 肩关节，肩关节外盖一薄棉布或纱布，防止蒸气烫伤，药液 周围组织多处发生慢性退行性或者炎症病变为特征 ，临床 也能更好地渗透皮肤组织 。熏蒸时间为 20～30min／次 ． 表现为肩部疼痛和功能障碍 ，如得不到有效治疗 ，有可能 1次／d，15d为 1个疗程。艾灸采用回旋灸和雀啄灸
