The pathogenesis, pathology positioning and diagnostic standards of PSD are unclear. Patients with PSD are always easily missed or misdiagnosed. In recent years, the development of magnetic resonance imaging techniques is really rapid, and it produced a series of new imagine techniques. These new technologies have the characteristics of non-invasive, non-radioactive, high spatial and temporal resolution, accurate localization of brain functional area and other characteristics. They can reflect the function and structure of brain from perfusion, physical structure, biological metabolism and other aspects. Magnetic resonance imaging has great potential in plumbing the pathogenesis, pathology positioning, early diagnosis and treatment evaluation and other aspects of PSD. 【Key words 】 Magnetic resonance imaging; Stroke; Depression 卒中后抑郁（post-stroke depression，PSD ）是指脑卒中患 率高、脑
