The construction of the professional teaching team is directly related to the survival and development of college，and the university pays a lot of attention to the development and construction of the profession. After a few years of construction，it has now become a good demonstration of the profession of Liaoning province. The main members in 2007 were named the innovation team in Liaoning province，in 2010 named of institutions of higher learning characteristic specialized construction pilot by the ministry of education of institutions，and in 2014 approved by education department of Liaoning province to 2014 Liaoning province ordinary institutions of higher learning undergraduate course
