第九届中南地区实验动物科技交流会论文汇编 疾病动物模型研究  兔后囊膜混浊模型的建立和研究 陈启雷 广西医科大学眼科中心．广西南宁  530021  【摘要】目的 建立兔后囊膜混浊(posterior capsule opacification，PCO)动物模型，确定活体内 PCO  形成的时间点；方法 取兔 27 只行右眼晶状体囊外摘除术(extra capsular lens extraction，ECLE)，在术后 各时间点裂隙灯下观察 PCO 情况，并测量后囊膜上增生细胞核抗原（proliferating cell nuclear antigen，  PCNA）；分析比较各结果。结果 裂隙灯下发现术后 1 个月 PCO 开始形成，术后 3 个月 PCO最为显著； 术后 2 周后囊膜可见 PCNA 表达阳性，术后 3 个月 PCNA 表达最为显著；结论 兔 ECLE 手术后可成功 建立后囊膜混浊模型，术后 2 周为 PCO 形成最早期，术后 3 月为 PCO 形成的最显著期。 【关键词】 后囊膜混浊；动物模型；兔 【中图分类号】  K776．1  Establishing and studying the model of posterior capsule opacification in rabbits  chenqilei  Eye Centre，GuangXi Medical University，NanNing China，530021  【Abstract】  0bjective To establish a new and pragmatic model of posterior capsule opacification (PCO)in  rabbits,the  time  point  of  PCO  formed  was  comfirmed;  Methods  27  rabbits  were  gotten  an  ECLE  (extra—capsular lens extraction)was performed on right eyes of every rabbit．We observed the complexion of  PCO in every time point using microscope after the rabbits were undergone ECLE on the right eyes,and  measured the PCNA of posterior capsule by immunohistochemical method; Results The formation of PCO was  discovered  after  the  operation  at  the  1st  month  by  cranny  light  microscope,the  markedness  at  the  3th  month;PCNA at the posterior capsule was expressed after the operation at the 2nd week, the markedness at the  3th month. Conclusions A model of PCO in rabbits can be successfully established by using ECLE; The  formation of PCO was comfirmed after the operation at the2nd week,the markedness at the 3th month.  【Key words】posterior capsular opacification;animal model;rabbit  引言  PCO 是白内障术后最常见的并发症。 有 14.1%－18.8%的患者术后会因其严重影响视力  [1]
