M e thods Two specific siRNA expression vec tors and one none homology control vector targeting the objective gene was constructed. Then the vectorswere transfected into EJ cells respectively. RNA i efficiency on the expression of ILK was evaluated by RT CR, W estern blotting and mi munofluorescence staining. The morphological change, cell adhesion, m igration and in vasion ability, and the expressionsofMM 2 andMM 9 of the transfected cellswere detected. Results Enzyme digestion and DNA sequencing verified the constructed vectorswere correct.
