华中科技大学文华学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 工程项目管理中的质量控制 学 生 姓 名： 刘晋京 学号： 学 部 （系）： 远程与续继教育学院 专 业 班 级： 工程管理 指 导 教 师： 职称或学位：讲师 2011 年 4月 15 日 摘 要 在建筑行业日趋激烈的竞争环境下，以质量为核心的非价格竞争越来越占有重要的地位。建筑工程质量的好坏将直接严重影响着建筑企业的发展。目前国内有关建筑工程项目质量管理的法律法规已经逐步建立健全。质量管理与控制的实践工作有了长足的发展，但仍需要实践的操作中不断完善不断探索符合自身施工项目的质量与控制模式，更好的以国际化接轨，提高建设工程的质量水平。 本文详细叙述建筑工程项目质量管理与控制的发展与现状。首先分析工程项目质量的影响因素和管理要素；再分析工程项目质量管理的程序与内容；然后分析目前国内建筑工程项目质量控制的依据、主要阶段、任务、内容和方法，其内容包括施工方、监理方、设计方关于工程质量控制的基本内容；最后提出建筑工程项目质量管理一控制存在的诸多问题，并针对问题提出一系列的解决方法。 关键字：建筑工程，质量管理，质量控制 Abstract In the construction industry increasingly fierce competitive environment, quality at the core of the non-price competition has become an important position. The quality of construction quality will be a direct and serious impact on the development of construction enterprises. At present, the quality of management of construction projects related laws and regulations have been gradually established and perfected. The practice of quality management and control of the work has made great progress, but still need to practice operating in line with its own continuous improvement construction projects continue to explore the quality and control mode, better to international standards, improve the quality of construction projects. This paper describes the quality of construction project management and control of development and the status quo.
