As compared with the traditional TV industry, Internet video has many advantages: more flexible and diversified forms, more immediate release,more efficient viewing and so on. In order to develop better, Video Web site is bound to continuously improve the content of their own video site and services as well as to explore the site profit model. There are two major parts of YouKu mode of net profit in this paper: profit model of YouKu online advertising online advertising profit model and non-profit model. It is to find more practical and innovative profit model. Only does Video Web site analysize the profitability of their own mode, it can obtain a long-term development.
