风机说明书 风机的安装与使用 在安装前首先应准备好安装用材料及工具、并对风机各部分的机件进行检查，对叶轮更应特别细致检查，如无损坏，方可安装。 在安装操作的过程中必须注意下列几点： 在一些接合面上为了防止生锈，减少拆卸困难，应涂上一些润滑脂或机械油。 2、检查机壳内用其它壳体内部，不应有掉入遗留的工具和杂物。 安装要求： 安装风机进，输气管道的重量不应加在机壳上。 风机安装完后，用手拔动转子，检查是否有过紧或碰撞的现象，在没有这些现象时方可进行试转。 注意叶轮旋转方向。 产品安装后，核对好设备所需的电压是三相还是单相。 风机的维护 只有在风机设备完全正常的情况下方可运转。 如风机设备在检修后开动时，则需注意风机各部件是否正常。 定期清除风机及气体输送管道内部的灰尘、污垢等杂质。 对风机设备的修理，不许在运行中进行。 按时定期检查。 Installation and Maintenance Before installation,get ready material and tool,check carefully all the parts of fan,especially the vanes,install if not damaged or deformed. I. Please note that in the course of installation: 1. Coat some junction surface with lubricant grease or oil to prevent rusting and the difficulty of dismantling. 2.Check the inner of encloure and ofter shells,no tool and foreign matter left in. II. Installing requirement: 1.The weight of air piping line shall not be loaded on the envelop of the fan when installing. 2.After completion of installing dial the rotor ,check if any tightening or knocking:ofif not ,go on to rreal run. 3.Notice the rotary direction of the vane, 4.Check the voltage equipment required is tri-phase or single phase. III. Maintenance 1. Trial running after the fan in normal state. 2 .Take notice whether each part of the fan is normal after maintain and start-up, 3 .Clean the inner dust and dirt of the fan and air piping line periodically. 4. The maintenance of fan shall not be done during the running. 5 .Check the fan in fixed term. 2
