天津临港经济区智能交通网络监控系统的研究.pdf

中文摘要 天津临港经济区是天津滨海新区重要组成部分之一。为建立健全临港整体应 急响应系统，我们建立了一整套长期实用的应急响应平台，该平台已列入国家 “863”计划。本论文研究的智能交通网络监控系统是该平台重要的组成部分。 智能交通网络监控系统建设，不仅可以解决紧急情况下，人员和物资的调配 问题，而且可以对现场交通进行实时管制，实现及时高效统一指挥。目前，临港 经济区已正式启动智慧临港建设，为实现智能城市建设目标，智能交通监控系统 也将发挥不可估量的作用。 本论文从理论研究到技术实践，再到最后实际应用，提出了一整套较为实用 的智能交通网络监控系统设计方案。文中针对信息采集、视频压缩编码、传输介 质、传输协议、图像识别与分析、音视频数据存储和电源保证等几个方面进行了 研究。从网络传输数据的实时性要求考虑，选择H．264 视频压缩技术，在协议 方面选择RTP/RTCP 基本模型；为保证数据安全性，在数据压缩编码过程中进行 了选择性分类，并根据重要程度进行依次加密；考虑未来的扩展性和大数据量传 输的要求，采用光纤作为介质，并就路由选择进行了优化设计；在图像识别方面， 通过现有车辆类型进行长宽比例分析，建立车型数据库，采取背景提取、帧灰度 化、二值化处理等新技术进行处理；采用网络监控存储方式，选用 SQL2005/Server 数据库进行数据日常调取，实现数据提取和记录的高效化。 关键词：智能交通网络、视频压缩、H．264 视频压缩、视频加密、图像识别。 ABSTRACT Tianjin Harbor Economic Area (THEA) is one of key functional areas in Tianjin Binhai New Area. To establish the emergency service in THEA, we developed an emergency response platform for long-term practice. The platform has been included in 863 Plan. The present work studied monitoring system of intelligent transportation network (MSITN), which is the important part of the emergency response platform. The construction of MSITN can solve not only the problem of dispatching of human resource and materials at emergency but also the problem of real time monitoring of transportation. The high efficiency of united command can be achieved by the construction of MSITN. THEA has already started the construction of “Intelligent THEA”, and the MSITN will play an important role in achieving the goal of construction of intelligent city. The present work starts from theoretical study and technical practice and ends with practical application. In the work, a practical MSITN design was proposed.
