Chinese teachers sent overseas should present an outgoing evaluation paper produced by overseas employer when the tenure expired. 2. Chinese teachers sent overseas are advised to submit the Evaluation Form to overseas employer before the tenure expired, including summaries, achievements, deficiencies the suggestions for the work. 3. Overseas employer is advised to conduct an objective and fair evaluation, including the working attitude, teaching achievements and performance of the teacher during the tenure. The evaluation of CI/CC teachers should be commented and signed by both Chinese and Overseas Directors. 4. Please send the sealed Form to Confucius Institute Headquarters by mail or submit by teachers in person after they go back to China. Your comments will provide the important bases for us to evaluate and select teachers. We undertake to keep all evaluation comments confidential. Thanks for your cooperation.
