中韩渔业资源保护性开发利用合作研究 摘 要 全球广阔的海域为人类提供了极其丰富的渔业资源，具有极其重要的生态、经济和社会价值。中国和韩国均是渔业大国，渔业活动历史悠久，渔业资源在两国的海洋产业中均占有重要的地位。本文阐述了渔业资源、海洋渔业资源、海洋生态经济理论、国际经济合作理论等相关概念及理论，分析了中韩两国的海洋渔业资源自然条件概况、中韩两国渔业发展的现状以及中韩两国渔业合作发展现状；分析了中韩开展渔业资源保护性开发利用合作的可行性和必要性的基础上；阐述了中韩渔业资源保护性开发利用合作的原则；主要从加强渔业资源的养护与管理合作、加强海洋渔业水产品的经贸交流与合作、加强水产养殖业的合作、加强远洋渔业合作、加强海洋渔业科技交流与合作几个方面探讨了中韩渔业资源保护性开发利用合作的策略Research on protection of fishery resources exploitation cooperation between Korean and Chinese Abstract The global ocean provides extremely rich in fishery resources for mankind, with ecological, economic and social value extremely important. China and the Republic of Korea is a country has a long history of fisheries, fishery, fishery resources have played an important role in the marine industry. This paper analyzes the present situation of China and South Korea fishery, expounds the development and protection of fishery resources exploitation cooperation feasibility and necessity, discusses the Korean fishery resources protection development and utilization of the principle of cooperation, put forward to strengthen fishery resources conservation and management cooperation, improve the export of aquatic products quality, to further expand bilateral aquatic products trade, strengthen cooperation, strengthen aquaculture fisheries cooperation, strengthen cooperation, strengthen aquatic product processing technology field of exchanges and cooperation between China and South Korea to protect fishery resources exploitation cooperation on policies and strategies, in order to promote the development of fishery economy in China and the strategy of going out to provide theoretical and policy basis.
