咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿过敏原筛查及肺功能现状分析 【摘要】目的：研究分析不同年龄咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿过敏原筛查及肺功能现状。方法：从2013年4月到2014年1月，选取我院的96例不同年龄咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿进行回顾性分析，将其分为两组，3岁以下婴幼儿组52例患儿，3岁以上儿童组44例患儿，对两组作过敏原筛查和肺功能检测的病例进行分析收集。结果：过敏原筛查结果阳性有55例。婴幼儿阳性13例(34.38％)；儿童过敏原阳性42例(65.63％)。吸人性变应原单项检测结果排列顺序为尘螨、花草花粉、蟑螂和蚊子、动物皮毛、霉菌等，而食物变应原排列顺序为鸡蛋、牛奶、猪肉、牛肉、羊肉、蟹、虾、花生和大豆等。婴幼儿组检查出吸入性过敏原明显低于儿童组，婴幼儿组检查出食物性过敏原明显高于儿童组，具有一定的差异性（均P＜0.05）。儿童过敏原为吸人性以及混合性，而主婴幼儿过敏原为食物和混合性； 肺功能检查情况为正常29例(30.21%)，异常67例(69.79%)。CVA婴幼儿组肺功能检查异常大于儿童组，差异具有统计学意义(PO.05)。结论：临床上采用过敏原筛查和肺功能检查方法是诊断CVA的主要方法，对于早期明确病因和了解气道炎症变化和阻塞情况有一定的作用，为早期诊断和规范化治疗提供理论依据，防止其发展为支气管哮喘，值得临床进一步推广。 【关键词】：过敏原筛查；肺功能；咳嗽变异性哮喘 Children with cough variant asthma allergen screening and lung function status quo analysis 【 abstract 】 objective: o study the analysis of the different age children with cough variant asthma allergen screening and lung function status.
