静脉留置针在心血管患者中的用途及护理_医学论文 静脉留置针在心血管患者中的用途及护理_医学论文 【摘要】目的 探讨静脉留置针的留置时间，封管液的选择，及并发症的预防。方法 将住院患者200例,随机分为肝素钠组和生理盐水组，观察患者应用生理盐水做静脉留置针封管液取代肝素钠液，不仅扩大了静脉留置针输液技术的使用范围，且不需配液，免受污染，同时减轻了护理工作量。结果 通过临床200例患者的研究：留置针留置96h总有效率95％。以3-5d作为常规留置针留置时间；建议采用0.9%生理盐水10ml作为封管液，留置针留置3-5d患者安全无痛苦，且易于接受。结论 静脉留置针由于操作简单，使用方便，并且可随血管形状弯曲，不宜脱出血管，便于肢体活动，尤其在心血管疾病方面，患者输注特殊药品如多巴胺、胺碘酮、硝普钠、氯化钾、门冬氨酸钾镁等血管刺激性药物，应用静脉留置针，不但可以保护血管，而且可减轻患者对输液的心理压力，并可随时打开静脉通道取血和用药，减少静脉穿刺的次数，提高了抢救成功率和护理工作效率，所以被广大患者接受，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】静脉留置针 心血管病患者 诊疗技术 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the indwelling intravenous catheter time, sealing solution of choice, and prevention of complications. Method to hospitalized patients, 200 cases were randomly divided into heparin and saline groups, saline did observe patients intravenous catheter fluid sealing solution to replace heparin, intravenous catheter not only expanded the use of technology infusion, and no with liquid, free from pollution, while reducing nursing workload. Results of 200 patients through clinical research: indwelling catheter 96h total efficiency of 95%. To 3-5d as conventional catheter indwelling time 10ml 0.9% saline is recommended as a sealing solution, catheter indwelling 3-5d patient safety no pain, and easy to accept. Conclusion intravenous catheter as simple, easy to use, and can bend with the shape of vessels, vessels not emerge to facilitate physical activity, especially in cardiovascular disease, patients with a special infusion of drugs such as dopamine, amiodarone, sodium nitroprusside, chlorinated potassium, potassium-magnesium aspartate irritating substances such as blood vessels, the application of intravenous catheter, not only can protect blood vessels, and reduce the psychological pressure infusion patients, intravenous access and ready to open blood and medication to reduce the number of venipuncture improve the success rate and efficiency of care, they were the majority of patients, is worthy of clinical application. 【Key words】 intravenous catheter card
