食管癌患者外周血中多种肿瘤标志物的检测及意义_医学论文 食管癌患者外周血中多种肿瘤标志物的检测及意义_医学论文 作者：杜艳 戴建国 吴平平 黄培林 【摘要】 目的 探讨黑色素瘤抗原(MAGEA3)、人类斯钙素(hSTC1)、上皮细胞角质蛋白(CK20、CK19)及癌胚抗原(CEA)等肿瘤标志物在食管癌患者外周血中的表达与肿瘤转移的关系。方法 采用RT-PCR方法检测MAGEA3、hSTC1、CK20、CK19和CEA mRNA在55例食管癌患者术前外周静脉血中的表达，并分析表达结果与临床指标之间的关系。结果 55例食管癌患者外周静脉血中MAGEA3、hSTC1、CK20、CK19和CEA mRNA的阳性率分别为25.45%、47.27%、49.09%、34.55%和52.73%，同时检测这5种靶基因，如果至少表达其中一种即可记为阳性表达者，其阳性率提高为72.73%。除CK19之外，MAGEA、hSTC1、CK20、CEA mRNA表达与肿瘤转移均有相关性(P＜0.05)。结论 RT-联合检测MAGEA3、hSTC1、CK20和CEA可以增加外周血循环癌细胞检测的敏感性，为了解肿瘤的恶性生物学行为(侵袭和转移)提供依据，从而为指导临床治疗方案的选择，判断预后及监测疗效提供帮助。 【关键词】 食管癌 黑色素瘤抗原A3 人类斯钙素1 上皮细胞角质蛋白 癌胚抗原 Clinical significance of detection of MAGEA3，hSTC1，CK20，CK19 and CEA mRNA in the peripheral blood from patients with esophageal carcinoma Du Yan，Dai Jianguo，Wu Pingping，et al.
