摘要 工作研究是工业工程的基础方法，也可以说工业工程是在工作研究的基础上逐步发展壮大起来的。工作研究的基本功能是生产系统诊断分析，通过改进作业流程和操作方法，充分利用企业自身的人力、物力和财力等资源，走内涵式发展的道路，挖掘企业内部潜力，其最终目的是提高生产效率和效益[1]。工作研究是一种不需要投资或用很少投资就能增加现有资源产出率的一种工程与管理相结合的技术，因而一直受到工业界的普遍重视。 本文针对山东新北洋信息技术股份有限公司的现场实际，运用基础工业工程的核心技术——工作研究，发现企业流水线生产模式存在的如时间浪费、暂存停滞、线体不平衡等问题已经严重影响了生产效率，影响了企业的市场竞争力和经济效益。本文力求通过方法研究实现流程再造，找出经济合理的工作方法，宏观上取消工序间的浪费；通过作业测定制定标准时间，缩短作业瓶颈，微观上取消工序中的浪费；实现流水线的优化设计与改善，使其更具柔性，提高企业的快速响应能力，力争以最短的产品开发时间、最优的产品质量、最低的价格和成本、最佳的服务赢得用户和市场，以期为现代工业工程先进技术的有效实施奠定基础。 关键字：工艺程序分析；秒表时间研究；工作抽样；模特法 ABTRACT Work study is the basic method for industrial engineering. It is considered as well that industrial engineering has grown up on the basis of work study. The main function of work study is the production system of diagnosis, through the process of improving its processes and operation methods, making fully use of the resources such as human, materials and financial possibilities of the enterprise, making achievements in a connotative way, its ultimate goal is to promote production efficiency and effectiveness. Work study is a technique that combines engineering with management, which using very little investment or no investment at all so that the output ratio of the resources available will be increased. So the industrial sector puts a general emphasis on it. In this paper, the core technology of fundamental industrial engineering梬ork study will be put into epractice in order to solve the problems in SNBC Inc.. Some severe problems such as time waste, temporary stagnation, and unbalance of the streamline of the enterprise’s production mode which influence business productivity and the market competitiveness greatly are founded. This paper seeks to realize process reengineering through method study, and to find economical ways of work, and to eliminate the macro-process waste; the paper also seeks to determine standard time through work measurement, and to reduce the operational bottlenecks, and to eliminate the micro-process waste.
