Based on the m ixed m odel of two- layer client / server and three- layer brow ser/ server the data m anagem ent p latform and u ser interface w ere deve loped. Two key techno log iesw ere solved. One w as the integration of the se lf- design ca lculat ing procedure. The sp ecial ca lculating procedure by Fortran w ere pre- com plied to be the dynam ic- link library( * dll f ile) w ith the good tran sp lantab ility and w ere invoked by Java in u ser env ironm ent. T he other w as the deve lopm ent of in terface of database system and M SC PATRAN so ft- w are by u sing PATRAN C omm and Langu age( PCL ).
