Abstract:Rehabilitation recipe is a diet plan specifically for patient which is nutrition combined based on the patients condition and rehabilitation of physical condition. Reasonable diet plan can supply the necessary nutrients and calories to meet the nutritional needs of the body, so that maintain the bodys metabolism, increase endurance and disease prevention. Rehabilitation recipe is to provide patients with the rehabilitation period required energy demand combined with disease pathology provide comprehensive nutrition, which can accelerate the speed of recovery and shorten the rehabilitation period. The biggest characteristic of rehabilitation of the recipes can play both diet and drugs; both eating and the therapy. What’s more, in its dual role biased towards the therapy. With the development of hospital scientific, standardized management and construction, as well as peoples living standards continue to improve, more and more has been attached to the patients nutritional and dietary treatment. However, due to the dietary concept of backwardness and lack of professional talent, the current stage of its development is relatively slow. But with the changing attitudes, the improvement of the theoretical basis and the development of technology and social progress, the prospects for rehabilitation patient recipes research work will be getting better and better.
