PLC在组合机床中的应用 摘 要 组合机床是集机电于一体的综合自动化程度较高的制造技术和成套工艺装备，广泛应用于工程机械、交通、能源、军工、轻工等行业。我国传统的组合机床主要采用机、电、气、液压控制，它的加工对象主要是生产批量比较大的大中型箱体类和轴类零件，完成钻孔、扩孔、铰孔，加工各种螺纹、镗孔、车端面和凸台，在孔内镗各种形状槽以及铣削平面和成形面等，其控制系统的设计对于提高机加工控制对象的整体技术性能来说具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先组合机床进行了理论分析，阐述了其国内外应用现状和发展前景，研究了组合机床中各种控制器的应用，指出了PLC在其中的应用特色；以双面铰孔组合机床为实例对象，设计了基于PLC的机床数控系统，依据机床的功能特点和加工工艺要求，提出了总体设计方案，设计了液压动力滑台的左右移动控制回路、液压夹紧机构的夹紧-松开控制回路；完成了左右主轴、液压泵、电磁阀控制电气线路的设计，完成了操纵面板的设计，进行了电动机及低压电器元件的选型；以三菱FX2N-16MR型PLC为主控制器，基于FXGP/WIN-C编程软件，采用顺序控制的程序设计思路，设计了系统控制程序，实现了机床的自动循环加工。 该系统由于采用了PLC控制，因此可靠性高，抗扰能力强，故障率低，对工作环境要求低，维护方便，具有一定的实际应用价值。 关键词：PLC控制；组合机床；镗孔;多工序；铰孔 Application of PLC?in the modular machine tool.
