Demand-pull replenishment and buffer management (BM) are proposed to solve the problem. For the landing of the method, business intelligence technology is used to build up decision-making support system . The result show that the application of the system can remarkably reduce the inventory level and slightly promote the sales performance, the validity of the method and the system are validated.
