Equipment using and maintenance procedure 设备管理程序 Purpose/目的: 4.1 EMP refers to Equipment maintenance person. EMP：专职设备维护人员 Equipment responsible person: The person who special responsible for a certain equipment. This person normally is a group leader of the machine operators. He can inspect the using of the machine. He can arrange some operators to finish daily and basic maintenance and support advanced and complete maintenance 设备负责人:通常为设备操作员所在小组的组长，能够监督操作员的操作，并安排其操作员进行日常保养，一级保养，参与并支持二级、三级保养。 Procedures/程序:Equipment responsible person: Each equipment in the company is assigned to a certain responsibility person. The responsibility person ensures his equipment can be used correctly, well maintained and run normally. 公司每台设备都有一个设备负责人，设备负责人负责保证其设备正确使用，合理保养，正常运转。 Equipment using procedures/设备使用程序： Before using the equipment, the user must get training from professional person such as machine provider, qualified operator. Equipment can only be used by authorized operator. 在设备使用前，使用人员必须接受专业人员(如设备供应商，熟练操作工)的培训。仅有授权的人员才能够操作相关设备 Operator must know how to operate the machine; how to make the daily maintenance and cleaning job, acquire knowledge about safety operation and the device function. 操作员必须达到会操作、清楚日常保养知识和安全操作知识、熟悉设备性能的程度。 Operator works with the machine according to guidelines strictly.
